Our Approach to Corrections

We take accuracy seriously. When we get something wrong, we fix it quickly and transparently. This applies to both our editorial content (blog articles, guides) and our directory data (clinic listings, success rates, costs).

How to Report an Error

If you find incorrect, outdated, or misleading information anywhere on Fertility Clinic Finder, please let us know:

  • Email: [email protected]
  • Subject line: Include "Correction" and the page URL or clinic name
  • Details: Tell us what's wrong and, if possible, provide a source for the correct information

Clinic owners can also update their own information by claiming their listing through our owner portal.

How We Handle Corrections

  • Clinic data errors (wrong address, phone, hours, services): Fixed within 48 hours of verification.
  • Factual errors in articles (incorrect statistics, outdated guidelines): The article is updated and the correction is noted with the updated date.
  • Minor errors (typos, formatting, broken links): Fixed as soon as they are found. No formal correction note is added.
  • Material errors (misrepresented data, incorrect medical information): The article is updated immediately, a correction note is added at the top of the article, and the medical reviewer is notified.
